I'll be 5years post diagnosis and would love to talk to others at the same sort of stage as me. I'm still on Tamoxifen but having problems with worry and forgetfulness etc. Is this normal?
Hi
Not so much the worry aspect but J often stops mid sentence because the word she wants has slipped behind the letrozole brain fog
Does that bother her, no way - after a pause she just slips in an alternative word or one she made up and has us all in stitches.
As long as it is cancer treatment related and not dementia we can live with that
Hugs, G n' J
Hi again,
I never had that wonderful a memory, my mother used to call it a forgettory! So I suspect I’ve got no chance!

Hi G n' J. I remember you from four years ago when I was going through treatment!! How are you both? Thank you for the reply on my memory. Sounds like J is a real hoot. What a great attitude. Thank you again. Xx
I have been on letrozole since August and have the same problem, perhaps it is the Letrozole and not just age! But if that’s the only side effect I’m happy, just fed up with people trying to help with what I’m saying !
Yes I get that too lol. I won't be fifty until August so I'm hoping it's not just age lol
I’m a lot older but still hoping it’s the letrozole.Good luck
