Hi
I have very recently been diagnosed with triple positive BC and have recently undergone a lumpectomy and am awaiting chemotherapy.
Prior to this diagnosis I started using Cannabis Oil to aid sleep.
Since receiving my diagnosis I have researched the use of the oil in patients with invasive BC and have found a lot of positive anecdotal stories.
I was wondering if anyone else has taken cannabis oil whilst undergoing chemotherapy or prior / post treatment?
Thanks
I took CBD oil during initial diagnosis and for a couple of months after. and found it really helpful for thr anxiety and physical stressed.
I still take it several times a week, and take a good quality high dose full spectrum oil, which isn't cheap, but I could feel the difference compared top the sort sold in H&B.
Hi all,
Off the back of the above discussion, I thought I'd pop in to share some further information about cannabis/CBD oil - what's legal, why and for whom it can be prescribed.
Cannabis oil and cancer - there's ample information on the product available on our website.
Cannabis-based products for medicinal use - NHS England has an in-depth section on what's legal, and who might benefit from the product.
I hope this helps.

Hi, I’ve been taking cbd for 6 weeks now. After my second cancer diagnosis in less than a year. The difference between taking the oil this time and to last time without. I’m amazed 6 week A go I was on 18 tablets a day plus oxynorm and was still in so much pain I couldn’t walk. Within two doses of the oil the pain was gone. I do not take any prescription drugs apart from chemotherapy and my oil. Last years chemotherapy I was that poorly I couldn’t get off the sofa only for appointments, bag full of prescription drugs which made me feel worse. I’m out doing normal things. I’ve lost my hair and been sick 3 times in 6 weeks it’s nothing compared to last time. I saw my oncologist after my scan, which was only after 1 chemotherapy and I’ve had shrinkage in all areas off my cancer. My oncologist said he would not expect that even after 3 chemotherapy treatments. My oncologist didn’t think I would make it to my 1st treatment as I needed a stent fitted so was a 2 week delay before chemotherapy could start. But I’m here bald but my quality of life is so much better than last years chemotherapy.
