Finished chemo in march, had lumpectomy and all lymph nodes out in april, radiotherapy in june. Still got tenderness.
I am sure others will be along soon to offer my advice.
In the meantime I will say...... You have gone through so much in such a short amount of time, it is only 10 weeks or so since June, it is in my opinion 'very early days' - you have lots of healing, recovering, nerve repairs, etc all going on, so I would think this would be normal to be tender still....
unless, you have any redness along with hot areas on the breast area, as this could indicate an underlying infection, if you do have this it is well worth seeing your doctor or BC nurse.
Also, if it is a tenderness that is worrying you again it is best to go and get checked out, if only for your own piece of mind, so you can move forward with your healing and recovery.

Hi
I finished treatment in July 18 (chemo, lumpectomy/full node removal, rads) and still get breast tenderness! I jest a bit but it’s certainly taken a lot longer than I thought to settle. They say up to 2 years. I was diagnosed however with breast oedema which is common after lumpectomies apparently. I had to see my BCN and she confirmed it and referred me to an oedema nurse. They more usually deal with lymphoedema in the arm, which you are at risk of after a full axillary node clearance. But mine said she’s seeing more and more women with it in the breast, probably cos lumpectomies are more common. It’s treated with manual massage which they show you how to do. Worth getting it checked out.

Patience and faith
after complaining about breast pain ever since surgery , chemo and radiotherapy for a year now, I got referred to physio for treatment 6 weeks ago. It felt like 30 mins of torture when it was done. Lymphodema was always in the back of my mind. I was shown how to massage to improve situation and although it worries me about doing it in case it makes things worse in the long run or I am encouraging any rogue cells around my body, at some times of the day I do feel pain free.
NHS has now written me off for physio but I will try and get some private treatment if it goes back to what it was. I keep looking for reassurance as the texture of my breast is totally different after all the treatment and not to be concerned if I feel lumps and bumps. Not totally convinced on that one and still worry. pain worse at bedtime and another thing to stop me sleeping.
Don't be worried about nagging to the 'experts'. I am convinced mine would not be so bad if someone had taken me seriously 6 months ago.
