i am 3 weeks post rads. Well done for getting through them. I was told side effects actually peak 10-14 days after rads finished.
I was sore when I finished, it stayed sore but no worse then last week got a little worse. I was doing stuff and this seemed to make it worse. This week i have rested as much as possible and it feels better.
We are all different so you may not get this. I also feel more fatigue than usual.
Keep moisturising for at least two weeks, doing the exercises etc. Mine also got v itchy so i used hydrocortisone cream and antihistamines. I also found not letting the shower hit it directly helped.
