Hi Nic2223
I'm sorry to hear about your experiences on these drugs. My own experience of letrozole is that I found most of the brands produced various different aches in places like knees, fingerjjoints, cocyx, hip plus chronic fatigue. I now get a private prescription for Femara which the NHS in their greater wisdom won't provide. This is the original make of letrozole and is known not to have SEs. It costs me £80 a month from a local chemist, which I am fortunate enough to be able to pay without breaking the bank, but it has given me my quality of life back. I know everyone is different and some people find certain brands of letrozole suit them, but this may be worth a try for you?
Hope you find the solutions you are looking for and have a better night's sleep tonight!
Hugs
