Hi ive got my appointment for a vacuum biopsy tomorrow at 10! After having a wide core biopsy 2 weeks ago the dr said no cancer detected? But she wanted to make certain? Has anyone else had this procedure done after a negative wide core biopsy? I keep thinking is a false result?
At my 3 year check up I had biopsy on my good boob as they saw something on my mammogram. Biopsy come back as benign but they wanted to repeat mammogram to check. So a week later back I went for repeat mammogram and possibly biopsy but whatever they had seen previously was gone.
Hi
yes im so lucky it was a benign fibroadenoma ive never felt so relieved to hear. Need to wait to see what they are going to do leave it or remove it?
Would like to thank everyone on this site for reading and taking time to answer my questions when they are going through some very hards times. Xxx
Brilliant news and it’s great for others to see that not all biopsies end with bad news
So pleased to hear your good news .
I so feel for you with the worry you have gone through waiting for the results, it is a horrible time and no matter how much we try we build it up and up and up in our heads - it is a horrible situation the waiting, the not knowing - I can imagine how happy and relieved you are to have such wonderful results. Massive Well Done xxxx
