Ways to feel good / Finding the positive

Hi everyone after a difficult few weeks - mentally not physically - I thought it might be good to have a place where we can list the items that help make us feel good - both mentally and physically.  Not sure if there is something like this already in our group but I couldn't find it.  Think it might be a good resource to us all?
So I will start, as mine has been a mental challenge these past few weeks my tips are for that:

Keeping a gratitude diary (there are some great tips about this here - https://greatergood.berkeley.edu/article/item/tips_for_keeping_a_gratitude_journal)
This really helps me find the positive each day

Finding some "happy" music for me - music I love and makes me feel upbeat - it can be anything but mine has a tendency towards 80's, dance and jazz.

    Fear of the unknown is the worst thing. Once we know what we're facing, we find the strength to deal with it.
