Side effects after chemo

I'm afraid I can't offer you a magic date for your leg pain disappearing. It is, I think, one of these situations that is very individual. For some nothing additional, others a few weeks and for some the problems can be permanent depending on the cause of the pain. Are you taking other meds now? Did you have neuropathy during the chemo? Are you just doing more and more with muscles that are still fatigued?.......and I'm sure many more possibilities. 

My advise would be to go and chat to your GP about it. It's possible you may need a tablet like pregabaline to help combat the pain. Perhaps he/ she will prescribe physiotherapy to help your muscles......If you are taking further medication to help prevent reoccurring bc, this may need changing or tweeking.

I don't think you should suffer silently though. Hopefully my reply will highlight your question so others who can identify with you, will give you a less hypothetical answer. Because my cancer was triple negative I didn't take extra meds so don't have personal experience but I do know from reading comments on here, these can cause pains. I did have neuropathy and that still continues to cause me  pain controlled with tablets. I did need physiotherapy and the therapist told me that although no one will officially admit it, patients who have had chemo are often referred for physio suffering from pains in hips or legs.
