But not a very patient one!
I've at least got a diagnosis, it's invasive ductal cancer grade 2, but still small, oestrogen receptive but looks as if I might get away with the lymph nodes....and maybe not too much treatment afterwards?
Complex plan, but to begin with, a sentinel node (plus another one or so) removal as day surgery, (a nuclear medicine visit first to get 'the jab' for them to trace) then a gap while that, plus the HER result come back, then because of my previous surgeries for cysts and the fact one resulted in a massive haematoma, therefore scar tissue, I will have a complete mastectomy with an implant. That will be immediately after Easter.
By finding out as much as possible beforehand, the surgeon hopes to prevent too many operations. Obviously I will then need Tamoxifen or similar, so will appreciate helpful advice about that.
But I'd be interested on anyone's 'take' on her plan. I feel reassured that she took time with me, and the BC nurse afterwards spent a good while too.

I tried frozen sausage rolls baked in a Remoska, and they worked well. Never heard of a Remoska? It’s a Czech sort of oven-pan, a top heated lid over a sort of casserole type pan (but it doesn’t go into oven or on cooker top). I guess you could say is a cheaper way of baking as it only heats up the pan space. But it’s not thermostatically controlled, heats to around 180°.
Im taking sausage rolls to the lunchtime meeting tomorrow, which is why I decided to experiment.
Decided, too, to make some chocolate fudge which is my sister in law’s recipe and easy to make (no boiling point for sugar needed) so that’s now in the fridge cooling down. I just had enough icing sugar - phew! That’s now on my shopping list.

I use the Remy in my moho too, Karen22 it’s getting well used as putting the oven on is more expensive. I’m in a group on F/B for it.
Cooling down already, I’ve decided to use the convector heater on low upstairs. Hang the cost! However, I’m on a fixed rate for gas and electricity till 2024.

Not sure what the temperature is here but it was minus 1 when I last looked. I am so grateful we've moved because this house retains the heat so much better than our old one.
Feeling a bit tired but someone recommended the Ladycare Knicker magnet on the Moving Forward course - I've ordered one and hope it might help!
