Well. Welcome to this thread.
You may be surprised why it is here or happy it is here. Then again: ‘You have got to be joking! Do you know what is wrong with me?’ may be your response.
This all began on the Extreme Fatigue thread. On there several people wanted and needed inspiration/incentive to get out and walk. Many people see the benefits of it in their life and to help on this; mad journey, train ride, rollercoaster ride and other positively rude words journey called Breast Cancer.
It is not a thread created to make anyone feel less than they do at present. It is not a thread that will set people against one another. Being competitive with yourself or a simple challenge to yourself is the point, but not a race against others is a key premis.
The idea is that you can do any of these or none:
Well here goes.
Either it will grow and blossom, with lots of lovely people benefiting. Or I will have egg all over my face – not for the first time in my chequered life and career.
Leolady – may be adding in the odd gallop to my walks.
PS if you don't like us don't be cruel.

I did think it would be most prob pulled muscles but I saw my GP's Locum ..bless think he just left Med school . Which means you get a full medical.
He was very excited to be doing a full blood report to check bone etc ..just in case .
I wasn't going to argue cos I was curious ..bloods behaved all the way thru chemo . I'm a very healthy , fit 70 yr old apparently.
Except for HER2 + of course
Cake looks great very smooth marzipanning . Your picture tempted me into having a piece of Xmas cake this afternoon

Usual walk to next town and back today, lovely sunset on the way home. Love to all, HFxx
Lovely photos ladies!! Didn’t take any yesterday, shame as it was a glorious day with unbroken blue skies by the afternoon. Nordic walk workout first thing (aching arms today!) then canal walk with friends. Too busy talking to take photos. But took later photo of crocuses in the garden. Poor things must be battered by now as the storm has arrived overnight.... Keep safe everyone.... love to all, HFxx
