Well. Welcome to this thread.
You may be surprised why it is here or happy it is here. Then again: ‘You have got to be joking! Do you know what is wrong with me?’ may be your response.
This all began on the Extreme Fatigue thread. On there several people wanted and needed inspiration/incentive to get out and walk. Many people see the benefits of it in their life and to help on this; mad journey, train ride, rollercoaster ride and other positively rude words journey called Breast Cancer.
It is not a thread created to make anyone feel less than they do at present. It is not a thread that will set people against one another. Being competitive with yourself or a simple challenge to yourself is the point, but not a race against others is a key premis.
The idea is that you can do any of these or none:

Either it will grow and blossom, with lots of lovely people benefiting. Or I will have egg all over my face – not for the first time in my chequered life and career.

Did Nordic yoga zoom this morning - beginning to get the hang of some of the positions! Then walked with friend, lovely weather though cold. Well done for getting out , so good for the soul.

very quiet couple of miles this morning with Dexter with some winter colour bushes and bright blue sky .
Well that was a good walk, really demotivated this morning but made myself walk the dog! It certainly blew the cobwebs away and I feel much better for it! 7000 steps which is good for me! Have a great weekend everyone. Stay safe and stay positive xx
What great photos everyone! Sorry can’t help with identification Violetsniff, but like your truffling pig! Northerner the colours are amazing on that second photo... and how fab to walk along the beach. I love being out anywhere pretty much, but especially love sea air.
New walk today with friend on the other side of town. Great day for it with clear blue sky. Tree photos just for a change! Oh and loads of snowdrops if you look closely, just starting to come out. HFxx
