Well. Welcome to this thread.
You may be surprised why it is here or happy it is here. Then again: ‘You have got to be joking! Do you know what is wrong with me?’ may be your response.
This all began on the Extreme Fatigue thread. On there several people wanted and needed inspiration/incentive to get out and walk. Many people see the benefits of it in their life and to help on this; mad journey, train ride, rollercoaster ride and other positively rude words journey called Breast Cancer.
It is not a thread created to make anyone feel less than they do at present. It is not a thread that will set people against one another. Being competitive with yourself or a simple challenge to yourself is the point, but not a race against others is a key premis.
The idea is that you can do any of these or none:
Well here goes.
Either it will grow and blossom, with lots of lovely people benefiting. Or I will have egg all over my face – not for the first time in my chequered life and career.
Leolady – may be adding in the odd gallop to my walks.
PS if you don't like us don't be cruel.

Early (for me) walk today, to next town and back with friend. Hot chocolate in the park for some welcome warmth! No sunshine today, cold and dank but good to be out. Now it’s time for lunchtime dog walk! Love to all, HFxx
I walked into town to drop off a sample and to pick up some Boots products I needed (masked of course) no pics as it was chilly and I needed to get back fast for a shopping delivery!
Lovely pics as always, ladies

how beautiful the light is on the trees with your little dog playing happily!
I took a photo of one of my favourite trees the other day...it is widespread and so pretty....
Lovely tree Violetsniff. One of my new year resolutions is to sort and print a selection of my walking photos for this past year. Let’s see what I’ve achieved by the end of January! Xx
Loving the photos and the posts.
Sending love to you all - I'll be back soon not sure if that's good or bad

Took an early walk today which will hopefully be a regular occurrence so hope it’s ok to jump on here, usually I’m on the Awake thread. An hour and a half walk done and dusted, will do another couple of shorter ones later with the pooch
Trees all look so bear but still beautiful
Morning all, welcome Santababy and love your trees. They’re a bit of a passion of mine, bare or not! Actually I think they’re very elegant when bare and love seeing different light through their ‘skeleton’ profiles.
Violetsniff well done for your early walk, here’s my caption:
’You heard the announcement, keep your distance we’re one household and you’re not in it!’
Havent been out yet but have done as hour’s wellness Nordic walking exercise zoom class! Some stretches were hard as I’ve had a 5 day gap. Tomorrow’s will hopefully be easier!
Photos later after walk.... Love to all, HFxx
PS Joe Wicks is back on Monday, Wednesday and Friday! Come on WhatHappened that would be a great thing to get up for and your exercise for the day done and dusted. Please join me tomorrow!! You don’t have to do all the exercises, I don’t as I’ve got a prolapse so am careful re particular exercises.
