So in   5 days time I have the operation to remove the tumour - randomly known as Ian.

Why in the last few days have I become incredibly tired and emotional ??
Did anyone else feel the same?
  • Me tipshe

    no way

I did have a wonderful sing song in Abingdon today much to my daughters embarrassment . Then ..... she made me wear glittery Christmas tree decorations

    I am now glittering

    Such fun

I echo Queenfisher’s comments. I really regret not being able to join you all tomorrow. I offered to help a good friend go to hospital for her operation, as she has been so good to me. To be honest I’m experiencing new pain and side effects that would have stopped me attempting a long round trip in any event. But I shall miss you all and too hope that you have a marvellous and enjoyable day.

    Very best wishes

So what shall I do today????

Ill take a trip in ambulance and spend the day in the cardiac unit at Wycombe hospital

Been getting chest pains for 5 days. Getting worse . Called GP and Onco Triage. And here I am

Suggest pericarditis which I’ve had before 2 years ago and obviously Herceptin does not help heart function

Enjoyed a commode . Horror upon horror

Now hospital food on its way

Oh bless you I do hope you are soon fixed and out of there. Nobody can be expected to get better while eating hospital food.
