Brands of Letrozole and fat necrosis

Hi Everyone,

Some of you might remember I posted on here a few weeks ago about the patronising and dismissive Pharmacist that told me " asking for different brands and thinking they are going to have different results , is all in your mind etc".

I was so upset and disgusted I told him that I would not support the village pharmacy any more and would take my prescriptions somewhere else.  Yesterday I received a message on my mobile voicemail, asking me to ring the number as it was about my medication.  No name, no indication other than it was a local number; so I rang it.  It was the same pharmacist who wanted to offer his sincere apologies for the way he had treated me, and said his pharmacy had fallen short of the standard of customer service for which they were known, AND he had now managed to get me the brand i asked for!!  Remorse or hitting his profits?  Or am I being cynical?  I accepted his apologies gracefully!

I do have another question:  has anyone been diagnosed with fat necrosis, and if so what treatment was offered?   I saw the surgeon briefly, before his clinic started as I had been having pains in my breast which were getting worse not better and it felt hot and had a large very hard lump which has appeared since I completed my r/t at the end of March.  He was kind and said straight away that it wasn't a return of the cancer (I didn't think it was), he ultrasounded me and told me he would see me in December!  As I was getting dressed he said through the curtain it might be fat necrosis, and then he went off to start his clinic....

Any information would be welcome, i don't wan to turn to Dr Google.
