  • Weird, that hasn't happened in a long long time.....

I just had a bad dream.......a full on very real feeling bad dream. I'm still shaking now, however pathetic that sounds. Not sure why tonight, but bit worried now about going back to sleep as I don't want that dream again :-( xx

Hey, you ok londonLass?  Dreams can seem so really in the middle of the night.  Its not real, in the morning it will feel different.  Are you having to sleep on your back like I am?  Mo

  • Thanks Hun, I'm okay ish. Went and got a drink and replied to a few posts on here to try and give myself something else to think about! I just hate the way dreams seem so real and they always seem to highlight our biggest fears and anxietys that we didn't realise we had!

Luckily i don't have to sleep on my back, which is a blessing as acid reflux would then be even more of an issue!

Hope you get back to sleep Hun xxxxxx

Hi, I am ok, I went to bed at about 6.30 last night so I have already had about 7 hours, well on and off so that is good. When I am at work I start at 4 am, I am an on line shopper. So I am used to being up early.  This site is a life line! Glad you are ok now.

  • Hey LL hope you're ok. Bad dreams are not fun. Did you eat cheese yesterday evening? My hubby swears that he has bad dreams if he eats too much cheese after dinner, and claims it's a well-known thing.

And Tiger - what does an online shopper actually do? Apart from shopping obviously. What's the purpose and who for? I'm intrigued.

Lol, hi, well when you order your on line groceries for a morning delivery. The vans leave the store at 8am, so we go into the store and actually do the shopping so they are ready to be loaded into the vans. The up side of starting early is that I finish at around 10 in the morning, giving me the rest of the day free, sometimes to go back to bed!

    Hi all

I also  am wide awake! Having some surgery tomorrow in fact today. Can't sleep most nights anyway with all the night sweats, but tonight my mind has gone into overdrive don't think I've managed more than 10 mins. Not asleep long enough for be dreams, hope your feeling better LL. I have to be up and getting ready to go at 6, seems a bit pointless going to bed in the first place.

Really anxious so no hope of anymore sleep for me.

Hope you all  get back to sleep.

  • That makes complete sense Tiger. Not as exciting as spending your day shopping online for other people but the idea of finishing by 10 is great. Of course you're who we blame when we get crap stuff lol.

  • Good luck with the surgery Croxley. At least you'll sleep with the aftereffect of the anaesthetic!

I'm sorry you're feeling so anxious about it. It's never as bad as you think it's going to be.

    Best
