Hi all. It seems I'm not alone with insomnia here. Mine could have been avoided tonight. I've been off coffee for a while, after hormone therapy was having an effect on my blood pressure. This morning (or, yesterday morning, as it is now) I just had to have a small coffee with my breakfast. Then come the evening, I was eating out and stupidly allowed myself a small but mighty espresso coffee - and now I'm paying the price by not being able to sleep. Choir practice is at 9am! Hopefully I'll get something like enough between now and then.
Hi Dulciana
I'm wide awake too. i've not been on for a while as work is so busy.
I am awaiting an MRI scan as I started tripping up 5 weeks ago. Then this week I full blown fell over in the street. I can't bend the toes on my left foot. The fear of secondary C or that I've had a stroke loom large in my head at night. It could be just a strain but it is so easy to worry xx
That must be difficult to deal with, Mag123 and no wonder it's keeping you awake at night. A friend of mine had a wall plaque above the staircase which read - "Our worst fears are seldom realised". I hope things turn out better for you than anticipated x
