.
Thank you..
Completely wiped out still. Got no energy looks like another day in bed !!
Good morning....Like moomy I have been taking a short stroll at sunrise before breakfast each dry morning. I think we will do a lot of walking in Portugal and the footpath from the house to village appears on google to be uphill....lots of training required !
Tomorrow I have the nerve tests on my hands with the neurologist....what fun!
Take care and love to all. Karen
So pleased I could remember my password. Hope everyone will have as good a week as they possibly can.
I’ve not read back but hope things have been quiet. Not much to report except I still haven’t started decorating … oops. Had a good weekend in London catching up with friends there and visitors from India. Hubby came back home with a virus so spent last week recovering. Got part of the outside drain replaced (from a loo) and it makes such a difference. Rat flap back in place too. Simple pleasures in life . Garden needs attention & soooo many leaves to clear. Got my Dexa scan booked after a few reminders to Gp from mid year.
moomy hope you improve soon. I’ll catch up on your thread.
LondonLass how are you?
sending hugs to all FL’s .. gotta dash as getting bus to hairdresser for a quick trim .. just keeping eye on time.

I'm sure you already have tried this but when the chemo made me really sick......OH made me a ginger drink regularly. He added liquid sugar because I couldn't eat anything but the ginger did help a lot. I wondered if it might help with your type of chemo too.......
Ginger nuts have been an absolute saviour when I’ve felt queasy, Lacomtekp , also tiny ginger shot drinks too.
I’ve kept up fairly well but cyclizine is needed some of the time. This morning I felt much better and went out for my mile walk. I think it’s worst when the ‘D’ hits, makes me feel really nauseous.
hugs xxx
Moomy
Had a fab day at the waterpark yesterday. Actually saw a kingfisher. It was on a branch for a long time just preening. Wouldn’t have seen it if I hadn’t asked a birder if he had seen anything interesting! Xx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
