.
Hi all ,sorry not been too active but have been reading and sending good wishes to all .
Finally signed off so now a five year Neddy !
Received phone appointment from BC whom reiterated significant size and grade .Advised that now over age for mammogram but I can request in 12 months then three yearly . Letter with contact number to arrive by letter .
Other news we attended grandsons wedding on the 11th it was a very relaxed laid back day as planned by bride and groom . George doesn’t do well with new things or lots of people . Definitely doesnt like surprises . ( high functioning autism )
More traditional than we expected but quirky as well all blended beautifully .
Groom pink suit and crocs with
doggie ring bearer Even the registrars followed the request for crocs lol
Hi Mumofthree firstly wishing you all the best for your final Rads session! Like you my skin did pretty well until the last few ‘boosts’! However keep applying the cream as often as you can and keep the area as cool as you can as that will help with the itching!
I’m due to have bloods taken on Monday. Then speak to Oncologist on Wednesday. Who will let me know if my neutrophils have risen enough to restart the Ribociclib at the lower dose on Friday!
Also hoping my creatinine level has come down as it was going up and up!
So Friday next week could be Zoladex in the morning and Fulvestrant jabs in the afternoon! What an exciting day!!!
Although must admit I haven’t felt comfortable not being on the Ribociclib. Knowing that the Cancer was more active at last scan has made me worry more about not being on any treatment for the last 4wks! I know that probably sounds really silly. But you know how easy it is for your mind to go into overdrive! Especially as I’ve had more pain in the area and have felt so tired!
However much I hated the side effects I had from the Ribociclib I will be glad to get back on it! Just hoping the lower dose is okay for me, but more importantly, does the job!!
Hope you can start relaxing once today is over. Sending much love. Thanks for thinking of me.
Sending lots of love and best wishes to all the Fruit Loops! Sal xxxx
So pleased to hear your news Northerner you’ve had a long tough journey! But now you can move on, or at least try!
I Love the dog on the wedding cake, very cute! Glad you all had a lovely relaxing day. It’s nice when people choose to have the ceremony they want and not one that they are ‘expected’ to have!!
Wishing you all the best my lovely xxxxx
Yes it was a lovely day with much laughter as George is extremely funny when masking nerves . Even at reception it was done differently as in wooden platters of hog roasts and spiced lamb with bowls of salad and dips served to tables . Then waffles with lots of toppings to choose from ,obviously we all needed to try them all
No top table but a sweetheart table for bride and groom then no problems with divorced parents whom had circular table each with new partner ,friends & family. Also widowed mum had table with her F&F so nobody felt isolated .
The venue was beautifully decorated ..very rustic
Hope your treatment going as well as can be expected and still allowing you time for R&R
Funniest part of conversation with BCN was during comment of significant size and grade…. I added I think if you look at notes it was larger as second area was showing changes and second bio confirmed . Long pause then Oh! Yes can see that now lol
take care xx
Night night Fruit Loops, sleep well and stay safe, plenty of sleepy fairy dust for all who wish

watching Proms in my lovely warm comfy bed in Goldie-van (and yes, thanks, Anna12345 , daughter is doing ok, she’s working on her next lot of projects while house-sitting for a good friend, with Henry-dog. That involves prep work for conducting, and practising 2 solos for a concert with her old brass band on the 28th, also a concerto in November)

LondonLass well that tiredness has hit me hard today and I’ve fallen asleep every time I’ve sat down. Now of course I can’t sleep. Typical. But I will log off soon and read my book which should help.
I don’t think you’re being daft at all. When you have been given a treatment plan even if it’s not ideal you want to stick to it as that’s what you’ve been told is the best path. When you can’t do that or it’s delayed it’s really worrying but try not to stress too much love as I’m sure it takes longer than a few weeks to have a negative impact. But it’s totally understandable to be worried. Fingers crossed you are back on track this week.
take care. Xx
