Finger bit swollen so cannot bend but don't think it broken as I can move it. Leg has 2 huge bruises. Yesterday blue, today more of a red colour. Rubbing in arnica. Just feel a bit stoopid but that's what tiredness does makes me clumsy. Hope you get phone sorted too x
Oh dear, use ice packs to help, if that fall was over 2 days ago then use alternate hot and cold for your finger, but always start and end with cold. Hope things improve very soon
Thank you. It was yesterday morning. Shower is over bath and obviously I was wet but just slipped trying to get out so bashed top of leg and put my hand out to break the fall but as hands are swollen anyway it seems to have pulled it. Sure it not broken just bruised badly. You never realise how much you use you right hand - I'm very right sided dominant and index finger too. I have the arnica out. Clumsy and tired thats me at the moment but at partners now and no reason to get up tomorrow so I think it may be the turn of the sleeping pills tonight. Hugs back xx
