.

  • I've just ordered this pillow for my daughter who has suffered with neck pain for years.  Think it caused by too much swimming from age 5 (she was identified as talented and by age 7 swimming 5 times a week) as the butterfly stroke quite a harsh movement in shoulders.
She's in agony at the moment so I'll let you know after a week of it arriving if it helps .

i found an additional 15% off code FLASH15 so it's not too much money if it's awful

  • Oh dear  hoping she gets some good pain relief.

yes it is strange but fortunate you haven’t got it…

glad you are able to get your booster. How strange you weren’t called in for it?I hope they will let the boosters out for other people as well as the vulnerable soon.

  • I just thought that I'd mention that my oncologist has asked me not to take CBD oil whilst treatment lasts. She can't say why not specifically but "it might hinder platelet production". She says there's no evidence either way but to play safe. So I'm only having to take flipping sleeping tablets. For years I struggled with not sleeping well post menopause then I dicovered CBD and what a difference that made! Hey-Ho! I suppose I'll just have toplay ball with them.

Bless you all, you are all inspiratinal and a tower of strength to me, Thank you xxx

  •  and , I hope your respective physios can help.
    enjoy your weekend. Xx

Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!

  • That’s a bummer . I don’t think any medics really know much about it unfortunately. Xx

  • Oh what a bummer ! just as it had been working for you…..

Hope the sleeping pills help, try some meditation too?

  • I understand why the medics say don't take because they really know anything about cbd. Nor will they because there won't be sufficient research as it is a naturally occurring plant.

I'm just grateful its available to buy as a food supplement. I'm willing to personally accept responsibility for taking it as I know what pain I would be in without.

My Mother had pain all her adult life with arthritis in her spine and took all sorts (with side effects) for it. I wish she could have tried it.

I have been to Blackpool zoo today. Here is a giraffe for you xx

  • Do you take tablets or drops.  If tablets which ones?  I have the drops but  can't  get past the taste ?  xx

  • Wish I'd taken a picture this afternoon of my hubby vacuuming the back garden!  In the storms  few weeks ago, one of my glass patio tables was lifted up and smashed down on my lawn.  It was safety glass so smashed into little bits.  We picked up what we could at the time  but had to mow the lawn quite low to vacuum up the remainder !  Looked so funny Laughing

Hope everyone had a lovely day.  Gorgeous here, think I've caught the sun !

  • I take drops mainly, you can get them different flavours now like i have one that's mild peppermint. But I have some capsules which are in my bag for work.

    Funny husband Smile

I had a friend who's garden was so neat, I once caught her in autumn Fallen leaf running round with a washing up bowl catching leaves x
