Anna1234, glad to hear you are doing well. Early days after mastectomy so you are bound to be in pain.

Snowy's Mum yes I started on Letrazole 2 months ago. Do you think that could be the cause of the fatigue? I also have constant mouth sores.
Thank you for making me feel welcome everyone! How do people cope with the tiredness? I haven’t started any treatment yet (Friday!) but feel absolutely dreadful, it’s not covid as testing for work but just feel grim and achey and rubbish really. People keep saying it’s because of the emotional stress but I really don’t know how that can make you feel this bad!
