.
Morning everyone !
Happy Boxing Day !
Didnt get a chance to post yesterday but have read everyone’s this morning . Glad to see it all went well for everyone under their given circumstances .
My Christmas Day was as good as it could be . My son and I are staying in an air B and B round the corner from my parents which gives us healthy respite from the house .
My brother was fine with me , so I went with the flow . His wife got on my nerves so I quickly shut her up . One of those stupid remark people . You know the ones I mean. Apparently I was lucky to get treatment so quickly when others have to wait for treatments . Errr ! It’s cancer luvvie not a knee replacement .
Never mind it blew over and I made sure I was nice to her throughout the rest of the day .
My mother decided at 4pm she didn’t know who I was or her grandson . And when explained said she was shocked not to have known before . It is sad but inevitable . All I can do is to continue being kind and accept these conversations for what they are , an illness .
Well back round there at 12pm . Round 2 . Ring the bell and there off !
Lots of love everyone .
Have a great day .

Happy Boxing Day to everyone!
Made daughter laugh as I cleared both fireplaces and then took Henry for a short walk to ‘empty him out!’ And then said I needed to earn my keep!
Son is off to his brother in laws today, where his mother in law is too, I guess they will remain masked all through. He has a video appointment on 30th with his consultant, just hope all goes well

Happy Boxing Day everyone! Missed all your Xmas day posts, though it seems most of you had a good day.
We had a lovely day, just the two of us. Lots of calls and messages with family and friends. Had goose, hairy bikers’ recepoe, delicious, skilfully cooked by DH., Then last year’s Xmas pud with brandy cream.
Had a walk, then watched All Creatures and Call the Midwife.
Just chilling today.
Love to all fruitloops.xx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
Obligatory Boxing Day muddy walk making sure the grandpups got their exercise, about a couple of miles. The river was fast and muddy looking but Pooh sticks got played!
and Henry got bathed!
