.
I'm ok. I cannot nap beside im too busy looking for food. So far be had toast twice at 3am & 8am. Then ravioli at 11am followed by bread roll and packet of crisps. Still starving. Arm is very sore too but it's ok if I don't move it. Anyway back to food ! What can I eat now
I have a box of chocolates with just 3 left ! Scoffed the lot I nipped out to get my prescription and parked outside chip shop which was open. Bought rissole and chips (rissoles a chip shop favourite in Wales - mashed potato & corned beef or cheese in bread crumbs). Only bought one portion as huge portions of chips and shared with hubby.. Seems to have hit the spot.
Well done on your weight loss Violetsniff
seaspirit44 good for you giving yob a piece of your mind .... but you shouldn’t be put in that position. What a horrible piece of human flotsam that person is. I use the word human loosely.
Grogg I had a painful arm after my COVID booster on Tuesday. I was a bit “off” for 24 hours ... back to my usual self yesterday. Arm slightly tender today.
Best wishes to those going through treatment

Anna12345 love the piggy, glad he is wearing his seat belt. There has just been some on the Yorkshire Vet, so cute xx
Well done Violetsniff for loosing the weight, I dare not go on the scales, I can't stop eating jam and bread.
seaspirit44 I saw your post briefly, it may have been taken down. But good for you for saying 'fluff off' there are too many bullies about. I've been bullied before....remember the guy on the motorway, forcing me to stop and getting out on the motorway (7am) to shout at me. My crime....driving at 55mph. Also there used to be a man with a dog shouted at me and my old Jack Russell, so once when my 6ft boyfriend was with me, he ran up a backstreet to avoid us.
PenelopeJ57 bless you in you high vis jacket. I had volunteer drivers and worked at weekends, no idea why now. Should have gone sick.
My news is that I have fallen out with current boyfriend ( 5ft 6in) because of his manky old carpet. I made him shampoo the vile thing in September anyway the other day his cat had done a poo
on it. So I thought thanks be to God the revolting thing will have to go. But No he's cleaned to poo off it and we carry on. So I have drawn a line I will no longer go to his bungalow. Until there
s a new carpet. This is a man with at least 150 thousand. I give up.
So I have been shopping and bought a sparkly top and a mini skirt for the staff Christmas do. I will be wearing thick tights with the mini skirt, don't want to look a tart. Its usually a good party the.manager makes the food herself and there are free raffle prizes.
Sending love and encouragement to all xxx
Snowys Mum. I laughed out loud at carpet issue then we moved onto your outfit. For some reason the "it's " after the tart line I read as t!ts!
Excuse me ! I didn’t realise there was a party going on I’ve just arrived and it sounds like the wine has been out
Snowys Mum you go for it enjoy the party
Grogg Rissoles sound yummy I like mash and corn beef fried so it blackens on top and bottom just like my dad taught me to do .
Our chip shop local specialty is a Patty … two circles of potatoes with fish in middle fried in batter
