I was once told by a friend that standing on het tiptoes and then dropping on her heels heavily helped her acid reflux by forcing it down again.  Might be worth a try

Just wanted to wish seaspirit44 all the best for her knee surgery. Hope it all goes to plan and you are up and about, again soon. LP is enroute and hopefully will be there soon.....

He, as always, has promised to behave! Let’s hope that’s the case! If nothing else I know he will keep you safe and probably entertained too! He has his pj’s and toothbrush in his bag. So if he’s able to stay overnight I’m sure he’d enjoy that!
