Lacomtekp the cake looks lovely, but I'll wait before I have my slice I am HOPING you will be covering it , at some point with Marzipan and Royal icing  MY favourite bit! Although I know others cover with Nuts and Fruit etc!! Look forward to seeing the end result. Assuming you are decorating it!!

I'm having .....

We had to take Bella for her annual vaccinations, which they told us was on Friday, however mum received a text reminder yesterday telling her it was today! So off we went for her appointment  slightly concerned because we had found a lump just below her ribs a few days ago! 

However panic over Vet had a good feel and said it felt to her like a fatty lump, so we just have to keep an eye if it grows we will need to get her checked again! Think that's why I couldn't sleep last night, Bella is 6 now and it scares me when I think about her getting older. But for now she is in Tip Top condition and that makes me VERY happy!

Then this afternoon it was my turn for a Jab, 3 wks after my last Zoladex. I arrive with a bag of goodies for the nurses and my 2 main nurses  as I know they are both off when my next Jab is due! I report to desk, only to be told Jo isn't there today and my appointment is tomorrow   I was so annoyed, she had written on my piece of paper Thur 3rd but on the computer booked in the 4th, but didn't tell me and sods law this was the one week they didn't send any text reminders  So guess where I'll be going tomorrow afternoon!!!!

I know mistakes happen and I can laugh about it now, but when you are feeling tired and emotional, things like this really p*** me off!!

But I won't finish on a negative note instead I shall show you our living room window! The question is where did the extra reindeer come from???

hello lovely fruit loops, looks like we're all doing ok. I have a question,  does anyone remember ALI OWL from a couple of years ago? I know she was having a rough time and I've tried PMing her but know reply.

Raining all day so More baking for  me today ..need to get out more ( if only ) Gov letter yesterday explaining tier three and xmas bubble if you CEV . Interesting reading not!

I’ve been busy with a ham hock today, and it’s all cut up now, partly in the fridge and partly in a stew for dinner tonight. 

Hope all fruit loops are doing as ok as possible, I really understand your worries about Bella, LondonLass, we really love our fur babies and it’s so sad when they aren’t well. 

I hope your surgery was as simple as possible and that you’re recovering well; be kind to yourself but remember this exercises!

LondonLass, it is so annoying to be messed about like that. Every appt takes a lot of energy,  causes anxiety, and you can well do without inecessary extras. Love the extra reindeer! Xxx
