Happy birthday Northerner! Xxx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
Crikey Flossie you have a good memory. All I can remember is that it is happy birthday wishes to Northerner.
Time to try and get some shut eye now.
Thanks Flossie25, great idea for your other half.
Music has been a life line for me in the past, rock ballads are my thing, love songs by a rock band are so powerful and oft times have reflected the loves I have lost to cancer. But as my dear Martine told me before she passed, celebrate and treasure what has been, don’t morn that which will never come to pass, such a brave lady. She gave me the wings to fly into another chapter in my life.
Be safe one and all
good luck with any treatments tomorrow
Cancer may affect my body, but I won’t let it affect my spirit
Hi Carol, I buy these ones which are sold at almost cost price and really comfy as well as FFP2 ones so filter out about 93% of nasties https://maskbros.co.uk/collections/popular/products/ffp2-respirators-x-10
I could poke out my tongue and it wouldn't touch the front! I'm in a school where a few students are currently home after positive tests, with over 20 others quarantining, so a different mask is a must! I know they are meant to be single use, but i use one for a couple of weeks for travelling, corridors, the toilet etc. X
Can you believe this?.....three hours .....
On and off......to sign in! And it wasn't my connection. I have bought my great nieces birthday gift on Amazon Prime UK to be delivered today in between........
Now, there is nothing to say....have a good day!
Morning all
Lovely dry Autumn morning here with the sun making a good effort to shine. I have a start date for chemo at last, Covid Test on Friday then chemo on Tuesday. Feeling mixture of excitement and apprehension.
Going for a walk with a friend then trying out a new coffee shop in a local village for some healthy distraction. They seem to offer gluten free cake which will please my coeliac palette.
have a good day all
Judith
