Violetsniff not in GP surgery but hospital.  All blood tests centralised on 2 main and 1 minor hospital.  Parking horrendous as Welsh hospitals have free parking so abused by Uni /work places nearby !  I think it should be drive through!  Arm out of window

The shopping trolley is for your good side not the week side.

The poles are to keep your hand high so fluid of any sort doesn't collect in the fingers and hand.

In Yorkshire ,bog hopping is a popular past time and if you enjoy falling on your face in peat I don't. Hence the poles giving extra balance.

Remember prevention is better than cure.
