Just want to say sweet dreams.....I am really struggling to get a good night’s sleep at the moment....but here’s hoping tonight will be different.
Before bc I never had a bad night’s sleep...now it is every night....I am hoping and dreaming tonight will be different...who knows?....
So to all of those with troubled minds, all of those waiting and hoping, all of those dreaming....may tonight bring you calm and positive thoughts....
Thanks ! Got a few hours! Now lying here wondering what to do....
Morning all, hope everyone survived the week without too many Drama’s! Good to see you had some good news seaspirit44 and
Optimistic good to see the Oncologist is doing a scan. I know you don’t want one but I think deep down you are probably relieved, as at least it will rule out anything sinister and you can then relax about the pain in your rib! I think sometimes it’s damage from Radiotherapy or the surgery that makes us sensitive in certain areas and Bra’s always seem to land on those spots!! So please don’t send yourself into a wild panic! Your Oncologist doesn’t think you have Secondaries, but he needs to rule it out for both his satisfaction and yours! By the way Hun any chance you might be able to make the Birmingham meet up? Would of been nice to see you again and Snowys Mum if your around Helen?!
Well I had a few hours sleep and then was woken by noisy seagulls! Bloody things! It made me think of a poem I once posted on here! So some of you might remember this.....
DISCLAIMER: NO BIRDS WERE HURT IN THE MAKING OF THIS POEM!!
On a completely different note, just to prove I can be serious! Yes that’s right I can! I think this Poem should be read by everyone! It was in a book I was reading about Cancer patients thoughts and feelings and one lady had put this poem down as an example of how she felt on the day she was diagnosed.......
I think it is a beautiful and thought provoking poem!
See I can add a bit of culture to Saturday morning! But that’s it now! Back to pictures from now on otherwise you’ll start to worry!
WISHING YOU ALL A FANTASTIC SATURDAY! xxxxx
Worst day ever ....a very clever and true poem X
