Hi Phaedra,just to echo what LL said about u tube.some really clever videos on there.must admit I was still hopeless but enjoyed watching them.i had scarves in every colour to match everything so I was a colourful pea head.

Thanks for replying Anne. It's worth trying, scarves are so much cheaper than hats, I get lots from charity shops...it's hard to get plain ones tho and nearly all my tops are patterned so there's a bit of a clash going on

I couldn't cope with clashing scarves and clothes.i got lots of plain,basic triangle shaped ones very reasonably on Amazon.my friends have always teased me about my socks having to match my outfits and I also have matching phone cases so I couldn't let the side down have mismatched  scarves.makes me sound like I dress all smart and fancy doesn't it but as a childminder I spend my days in jeans and casual tops,often covered in paint food or worse!

Or killing oncology registrars who don't check the notes before calling you in.

Been prescribed ACE inhibitors - last BP check was 109/55........ 

Also getting a MUGA scan. I refused to have the next Herceptin until the heart issue is addressed.

Run out of pain meds.... again. Really need to get my act together.
