Enjoy that family time, Lacomtekp as I’m sure you will. Hope the news on Tuesday for OH is as favourable as possible, thinking of you both.
I heard some high winds during the night but all is quiet here today, and forecast to be sunny. (Just as well as of course I’ve got washing to get dry!)
I take part in the 6-monthly ‘water blitz’ (part of Earthwatch) to get a citizens eye picture of water quality nearby, that’s due today so I will walk into town to take and test samples later; they asked me this time if I will take some samples to send off to them, of course I will. Otherwise the tests are for nitrates and phosphates, which for this part of the Great Ouse, are normally too high. I’ve done this for a few times now, since they announced it.
Then today it’s final packing for tomorrow’s coach holiday to Northumberland. I’m not sure that coach holidays are ‘my thing’ but will try it out. (I’ve got anti-nausea meds packed in case!)
hope all Fruit Loops have the best day possible

I didn't sleep that great last night. we ordered a new orthopedic mattress which came yesterday. I thought it would help as I have mets in spine and hips and pelvis. I am hoping that it will just take time to get used to. Needs some extra fairy dust tonight Moomy xx

The chances are it’s rather hard? I suspect it will ease with time, Leelaloo , at least I hope so! I’m experiencing what I thought would be very firm as hotels usually are, but it’s been very comfortable. (In Washington, Tyne and Wear.)
and early start tomorrow, cases have to be outside door by 6.45am (!) so….
night night Fruit Loops, sleep well and stay safe, plenty of sleepy fairy dust for all with an extra handful for Leelaloo ,

Morning. It’s another glorious morning up here. I went for my bloods doing yesterday ready for chemo today. I’ve been on that unit twice before and I was greeted on reception by name. Now I’m not sure what that means. When teaching you learn the disregulated children first but it certainly made me feel welcome.
Have a good day everyone
Three times! What did I do?
Hi Leelaloo I was coming home, safe home now with (needless to say), a busy washing machine!.
It was all but a 6 hour journey, with a 20 minute stop just north of Sheffield and a transfer at Northampton for the final stretch to my home town, lucky very short wait for a local service bus to very near the house.
Looks like I left the sun up north, it’s cloudy here!
