Hi Fruit Loops,
Hoping everyone is as well as can be.
moomy sorry you have been have trouble sleeping and night terrors. It seems to be common at the moment, my dear mum woke at 5:00am and could not get back to sleep - but felt scared and that she wasn't well so was afraid to go back to sleep -I think part of this has been a dream and woke her (mum always says she knows if its a dream) - so mum phoned me and asked what she should do - the funny thing, I was wide awake and answered phone all cheerful, mum was so worried asking me what she should do (I asked how she felt etc and we put it down to dreaming) - said how do you feel now ..... mum says tired, I could go to sleep. I say go to sleep then and if you can't just phone me back..... mum says well if anything happens at lease you know I told you arrrrgh
Then later that night/early in the morning I had my own scary dream - mine was a dream as there was fighting and pew-pew going off..... I wok up with a start and my tummy was in knots from it. The crazy thing is it takes me a good few hours if not the whole afternoon before I feel normal ..... and I know it was a dream.... then I try and think back to it .... nothing, its gone, can't remember any of it hahahaha
Sabrina22 I am interested in the Melatonin - they use it a lot in America and I've always wanted to try it, so see if I can push my body clock forward (back) - I really am on American time - my sister is in the Dominican Republic at the moment and I am matching their waking up and going to bed haha - how do you find taking the melatonin - do you think it helps you?
@Violetsniff - such a lovely photograph and I totally agree 'we must never, ever forget' - whilst we remember we can hope not to let history repeat itself - if we forget goodness knows what could have in the future.
@Daisy53 I am pleased to hear you have operation date and then its only next week - it will be here before you know it. I am sure Lucky Pants will have a great time - just you make sure he lets your rest and that he doesn't try and push you out the bed at sleep time.
@Seaspirit44 it seems like the tagging has stopped, not sure - the photos are lovely especially the booby - this must of been taken after having the blue radioactive dye treatment.
Sending love to all the lovely Fruit Loops xxxx
Yes it makes you feel sleepy after about 1 hour. My son has had it as well. Harmless enough. Pilots and shift workers sometimes use it. Xx
Awww, bless you WhatHappened , I think a part of it was feeling a bit concerned leading up to wedding anniversary, but last night I slept such a long time, no dreams but woke with a headache (think a clenched jaw was the reason) which went. Yesterdays wedding anniversary day was one of making new memories, I took the kids to the zoo (kids! They are in their 40’s, there has to be a new name for adult kids!?!?) and we ate out at a neighbours new venture, Indian style street food from their new mobile trailer.
Hugs xxx
Moomy
