I think the achy and rubbish feeling could well be down to lack of sleep, it really doesn’t help matters. Hopefully we all get a better sleep tonight xx
Just woken from a deep sleep. I seem to wake with a real start these days and then the fatigue hits me. I think it was LondinLass who so acurateky described it. You have slept but you still wake feeling exhausted as if you have not had any rest. It is a strange exhaustion full of a shaky empty feeling.
Thinking of all the Fruit Loops and sending love and hugs to you all.
Hoping we can all have a restful nights sleep - waking up to feel refreshed would be amazing.
Big Hugs and Loads of Love .....
Lying awake since 4am. Given up. Got to. Cup of tea. Know I'm stressing about today's wig fitting and how I"all react.
Rubbish, horrible when you have such a busy head. I hope it goes smoothly today, it’s never easy no matter how much of a brave face we have to put on. I had to do my fitting on zoom as it was during shutdown having said that it has never been out of the box! I have lived in a variety of beanies and despite what I thought, never wore is it needed the £40 care kit
Rubbish! I’m so sorry you were up with ‘busy head’ hope today goes smoothly for you. I had to do my fitting on zoom and got a nice wig and a £40 wig care kit, never been on my head though! I really don’t know why, I just lived in a variety of chemo beanies xx
