I had no idea PPIs caused polyps! Everyday is a school day, I’ve taken them for years too to counteract methotrexate that I take for RA, or took should I say, they stopped the methotrexate when I started chemo. Are they able to give you relief from yours? X
Good Evening Fruity loopy ones
Loving the pictures, I spotted the Whale thats wonderful. Glad people are having long periods of sleep and hoping for more sleep
for everyone tonight. With no parties Anna12345
No news from me here in rainy Lancashire. Just bits of shopping and gardening in the rain. I sat at the door watching the rain and fell asleep.
Working a 12 hour shift tomorrow and then I hope the weather gets better for the end of the summer and some picnic days out Xxx
Here was a lovely picnic site under an oak tree when it was really hot.
Night night Fruit Loops all, sleep well and stay safe,
plenty of sleepy fairy dust for all who wish
hugs cxx

Anyone still watching Handmaid's tale! So disappointed in season 4.
Also on phone today to daughter and we were talking about some friends and I used one of the friends name as a verb. Convo was something like "Friend A under a lot of stress as sibling B, working away, Sibling C back to uni soon and Sibling D (I'll use Dave to make sense) is just Daving". She's like "what the hell is Daving, are you going Caroling?" Caroling is actually a thing so. Made me laugh!
Lacomtekp fab garden and afternoon out.
Anna12345 , Tired Minion and any others struggling to sleep hope you getting a good night. I've always found Sunday night the hardnest night to sleep. I think it harks back to when I worked and pressure on to wake up for work on Monday morning so stopped me getting off. Perhaps we need an extra dose of Northerner fairy dust. Hope you feeling better Margaret
LondonLass Sorry you suffering again with reflux and thank you for asking after my daughter. She's still not great. I'm not allowed in her house, she'll only go for a drive with her hubby but hopefully she'll pick up soon.
