LondonLass - you can add me to that list as well Sal - I'm officially a melted choccie person! Not helped by the fact that our heating has gone up the spout - the thermostat isn't cutting off, so the house just gets hotter and hotter (we've replaced the thermostat, so it's not that!) I turned the heating off yesterday but woke up this morning to a boiling house as the radiators are still burning hot! Eeek! Typical Bank Holiday weekend emergency - I've now turned the hot water off as well to see if that is what is still making the radiators scalding... 

Happy Easter to everyone  - hope everyone has a good weekend doing what they want to do without any horrible side effects or symptoms... 

- whatever you did to have 12 hours sleep, fingers crossed you can do the same again when you need to!!!

Hi sal pics are get they really cheer us up keep them coming omg these flushes funnily enough I am worse during the day just dripping then when you try to do a bit of housework it gets worse drives me crazy totally agree jus f...k off n give us a break happy Easter am on diet so no choccies boo xx

Feeling grotty today , but had good news , my daughter in law produced my new grandson after a 4 hour labour ......this will be my last one and I need to live to July 2020 , if I am going to see him ,when they plan a trip here ! Hooray for Skype

Well it’s time to say Goodnight! I am hoping and praying for a slightly less sweaty night tonight! Must admit the sweats haven’t been quite as bad today, although I still had the hot flushes! I try so hard to not let it get to me, but I failed today! Maybe tomorrow will be a better day. Xxxxxxx
