We have arrived....10km from the med. The hills in the background from our terrace are the Spanish borders. To go with moomy 's Spitfire....imagine you were a WW2 airman this close to safety. The escape routes often came through the Charente where I live but that was at least 600km from being Spain. Here if you can just make it to the top of the hill....you are there.
Glad you’re safe there, Lacomtekp , hope you have a wonderful break! And hope you have better weather than further east in the Mediterranean countries, I hear a washout in parts of Italy and Greece!

Hi,
It’s nearly going to be two years since diagnosis. The hospital made a few errors which made my trust in them go down the drain.
Altho They did axillary sampling and found 2 nodes out the 6 positive with extra capsule spread, they didn’t think there was a need for clearance.
During ct scans they found out I had a enlarged nodule in my lung. It’s been 6 months since the last scan, and I have a phone appointment tomorrow. I do want them To do another scan to make sure everything is okay…
am I being unreasonable? Do you think they will?
What other questions can I ask?
I don't think you are being unreasonable wanting to know the situation at the present time. I think the question you need to ask is' What is happening NOW and what do they plan to do about it.'. If the answer is ' not sure' or ' nothing', your next question should be ' why not.' and ' Is that because from the experience they have ,your situation stays the same and just requires monitoring.' Which surely takes you back to your original request for a scan....
I do hope the telephone consultation is satisfactory. It's dreadful you can't talk this over face to face with an expert.
I'm sorry I can't offer more advice. So far I have been lucky...TNBC now eight years ago and always face to face consultations with a yearly mammogram for the rest of my life. I also know if something is found, it will be dealt with with full explanation and that I feel is what you are lacking at the moment. Hopefully you will soon have all the facts. Take care. Love Karen
