Another beautiful day forecast. Hope everyone can enjoy it too.

I am enjoying the Chelsea Flower Show. The perfect reasons not to cut grass and encourage wild flowers. I don't need much convincing. Some of the prettiest flowers in my garden are technically ' wild'.

Have a good day . I have a busy one but the after Covid tiredness is slowing me down a bit.....

Well the weather here is not being very kind. Yesterday we had massive storms and huge amounts of rain falling. Streets were flooded for a while. Yes, here in Spain we really do need the rain, yesterday certainly helped achieve that! We have rain forecast all week. ..first time we've seen rain here since February. I'm sure all the plants will be extremely grateful.

I did such a stupid thing yesterday. Put my bra in the wash together with my silicone boob and ‘just can’t wait’ card, which I keep in my bra for easy access. Both survived!

Just been to chiropractor who is working on my knee. It is loosening nicely,    but I feel as if I have been run over by a truck! It is helping though. All sorts of things I didn’t realise were a problem .xx

Ha, glad all survived the wash, seaspirit44 , hope the extra aches subside speedily. Sometimes these folk find aches we never knew we had!
