Your first day back at work sounds a nightmare Snowys Mum . Glad Scarlett and co are OK. My Regents Park episode is embedded in my memory!I used to walk in Alex Park and feed the ducks when I was a child.
The concert went well moomy , thank you, tho there were a few mistakes in the Rutter….xx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!

Good Evening Fruit Loops,
Here's hoping everyone had as good a weekend as possible ....
I can't get over the hour difference has made on these lighter nights - I do wish they could be left as they are.
Oww Helen Snowys Mom I so love this photograph of Scarlett O'Hara ... this photo is so cute, so cute.... in fact I do believe she doesn't give a dam .... so long as you keep tickling
You'll have a great time in Llandudno - as a young child we would go to my late Uncles caravan on the Morfa in Conwy - right opposite a massive hill and there was a tunnel to take traffic through the end part of the mountain..... virtually every vehicle that entered had the driver peeping the car horn for the echo effect ..... very happy times.... see I've gone off track I was going to say we would go to see 'The smallest house in the UK' - I've just googled (excuse me, I'm okay though) .... haha sorry..... Conwy is only around 5 miles from Llandudno - you might want a look and there is Conwy Castle too.
Wishing every one a restful night .....

Hi Mag123 I’m not too bad Hun, thanks for asking! Just the usual ongoing issues and a few more aches and pains! Awaiting an appointment with the Chronic pain team! Which might be a few months, possibly longer! You know it’s not looking good when they send out a letter telling you how busy they have been since Covid! So I dread to think how long the wait will be for that!
My oncologist was also going to send a message to the Cardiothoracic doc, to see if they could look at my scans and discuss with me what might be causing the pain, that I have had ongoing, pretty much since my surgery, which was 7years ago now!!!
Fatigue continues to frustrate me and I have even been tempted to discuss HRT with my GP! However I fear that would just end with me being told I need to discuss with Oncologist and that the odds are they would say a big NO! (Don’t worry, I know it would be a stupid thing to do) but when you have so many aches and pains and just want to feel semi normal again, you get these silly thoughts!
On a more positive note! I travel up to Birmingham on Tuesday to meet up with some Fruit Loop Friends on Wednesday! It’s been so long since our last meet up, I can’t wait!
Sorry to hear you have been having issues with your shoulder! Let’s hope you get a good physio! The other option could be a chiropractor? I used to nanny for a chiropractor and I know he was very good at working on all sorts of joints! Just a thought, if you haven’t already tried it! Sending lots of Love and Hugs your way!
A big hello to all you Fruit Loops! Great to see you all still chatting away. I really must try harder to join in. Hugs to all who need them and much love to all. Sal xxxxx
Sorry you are in so much pain still seven years on LondonLass. Do they think the treatment caused these pains?
I am sure the catchup in Birmingham will be a good day. I wish I could join you all.
Had a wonderful day walking round Arley Hall gardens today followed busy a delicious roast dinner at the Gardens cafe.
I did a few housework type jobs this afternoon, biy mostly lay down and rested. Photos of Arley in bloom on Walking back to Hzppiness thread.
My two catch up posts not posted!
I can't tag again so enjoy your meet up ladies . Look out Birmingham!!
Funny story son in law called today so I asked him if they wanted a new peg bag. He looked at it, said no thanks we have one! No problem I said then he realised I'd made it! He took it home.
Lovely to see you pop on here, LondonLass , you’ve been missed! But hugely sorry to know about the chest pain and of course all the other aches and pains too, my lovely!
Morning, Fruit Loops! Hope your Monday is a good one….it’s frosty here!
Hugs xxx
