Hi all,

just been recently diagnosed with a my third brain tumour. Original pathology was deemed although not 100% but named

Angiomatoid fibrous Histiocytoma .

this was at 13 and told to use scanning and monitor but it came back at 19( full resection)  Now again at 31.
drs are suggesting watch and wait but tumour is in accessible part of frontal lobe.

has anyone had anything similar? Or had a more aggressive treatment style? I am currently just sat knowing I have cancer again and nothing I can do.

not a great feeling- any support or help would be great.

thanks

  • I’m on my 3rd recurrence of GBM and would ask questions about surgery. We know the benefits, so ask about risks and possible deficits from surgery.
you don’t mention chemo or radio, has this been discussed ?
