I'm due to start my 4/6 rounds of Temozolomide next week after a few weeks break from radiotherapy and chemo. I'm not really enthusiastic about it tbh after feeing so poorly after the radiotherapy but I'll give it a go.
I assumed i would just take it early morning, empty stomach etc but then I read you can take it before bed, as long as you have the empty stomach. Keen to minimise any nausea through the day, as id like some quality of life which is seriously missing atm, i wondered if anyone has chosen this option?
