Hi, does anyone have any information regarding CBD and the affect’s it has while going through radiology and chemo.
thanks x
My sisters friends brother used cbd oil whilst having treatment for prostate cancer he said it helped with the sickness
I haven’t tried personally though
Hi S Moss,
I’ve been taking CBD throughout my radio therapy. e Half a pipette 3x a day. Maybe a little slow to start doing it regularly, but as the treatment started to cumulate in effect I did then do the strict three times a day.
I did a project with a CBD brand last yer so spoke to them quite early on for recommendations (one of the founders is a consultant and practitioner in such things) There are also clinical trails awaiting funding through Leeds Uni www.leeds.ac.uk/.../world-first-trial-tests-cannabis-based-drug-on-aggressive-brain-tumours.
I spoke to my Senior Radiographer about that and other supplements (mushrooms: Chaga, Turkey Tail etc. and she was cool with it). My view is, its all got to be worth shot!
Hi thanks for that, my hubby is taking CBD, Turkey tail and lots more. But our nurses and oncologist have a very negative attitude regarding this. We are going to continue as we need to do all we can for him to survive!!! Any other tips would be most appreciated
thanks
