Hi my husband got diagnosed with bowl cancer 1 year ago. He had the tumour removed and had a stoma put in place. It was reversed yesterday but they found some small nodules that were sent off and came back as cancerous. It has spread. What does this mean? How do I tell my kids. It's just too much to process. I'd appreciate any advice.
