My husband had cancer of the bowel last year (may 25) had surgery and no chemotherapy or further treatment. He has been so well all year, back to his old self. Hes 74 and very active. This year on his annual check up they have found that the cancer has spread to his liver. Had a CT scan, Colonoscopy MRI and has just had a PET Ct scan and the appointment with the oncology team who are just amazing. Just about the start chemotherapy beginning of July. They have classed it as stage 2.
I am feeling a bit helpless here. Any advice would be most welcome. Thanks, x
