Hi, I had my colonoscopy today, and doctor has said that it’s colorectal cancer (tumor of 10mm)
waiting for scan appointment to see if it’s spread. It’s all very overwhelming
Hi Thadius ,
Yes it is, but once you have a plan in place it will feel easier - I promise.
Bowel cancer is very treatable (even curable) if caught early enough, it's known for being a slow growing cancer. I'm stage 4 and they are still going for a full cure on mine.
This forum is full of people who are happy to help and share their stories - if you click on someones name they may have filled out their bio with their own stories ( I have, although I have just realised mine needs updating).
I hope you get a plan quickly and are soon on your way to recovery.
Best wishes
CerysM
