A specialist nurse suggested I try this to help with any support and information, I've had a colonoscopy recently that came back inconclusive was then fast tracked for CT and MRI scans, I'm now having surgery on Monday and it's scary as they said they are treating it as though it's bowel cancer but can't say if it is, my head is all the place.
Hi mkktb11 ,
The surgery is scary for us, but for your surgeons and their team it’s just work on Monday.
it’s safest to treat it as if it is and then find out it’s not than the other way around.
Bowel is a slow grower normally and is very treatable if caught early enough.
try to relax as much as possible (easier said than done I know) over the next few days and place yourself in their expert hands.
best wishes
