I recently had a 1 year post-op colonoscopy and 4 polyp samples were taken (though seemingly nothing obviously cancerous).
There was a results letter from the consultant, which I got by post about 2 weeks after the colonoscopy.
It also appeared in the Documents section of my NHS App.
It didn't explicitly mention the polyp biopsies but reported there was no further pathology in my bowel" but indicated I would get another CT scan in 6 months as the prep wasn't as clean as they would have liked.
