I am so sorry to hear this, it must be devastating for you. Don’t feel like you have let anyone down, to have gone through 25 rounds of radiotherapy is unbelievable, you are a fighter and keep on fighting!
Thankyou so much it really helps as long as I am well enough to keep fighting i will do my best for my 15yr old and 17 yr old x
Sorry to hear that . Have you thought about a second opinion ?
Sometimes it’s helpful just to make sure all avenues have been explored.

They could have gave me chemo but the risk could have ended my life in a week with having a stroke so I don't think any other options exsist
Sorry to hear that.
Have you ever looked into proton therapy? It's a really advanced type of radiation treatment for cancer that's known for being super precise.
It's not for everyone, of course, but it's definitely something worth discussing with your doctors to see if it could be a good option for your specific situation. There are a couple of NHS centers in the UK (one in Manchester and one in London) that offer it.
stay strong, keep fighting!

Hi mate, the NHS has also just given up on me at 39. It's a joke. They're are things they can do. Without knowing your specific details I couldn't say for sure but there was a woman last year that had a complete liver transplant to cure her bowell cancer. I think at Leeds. So if they're telling you your primary tumour has shrank but the issue is liver mets, then at worst, you can tell them you want a liver transplant. They always tell me the over regenerates and they can even take one half at a time. Stick with it and keep fighting them
