Apparently my blood test is showing slightly elevated folate levels, but I'm not going to Google it.
Hi. Folate levels can fluctuate from diet. Folate deficiency, when it drops to a persistently low level, can be mitigated by folic acid daily for a few months. I'd guess a slight raise however is nothing to worry about and you can always get it checked again in your next routine bloods if it helps reassure you.
