Any recommendations on natural goodness to take to help immune system? Energy levels?
Anything
I’ve been told no supplements from over the counter. Anyone else take supplements though which actually help?!?
Fatigue , achy bones is bad.
Thank you
Hi Gem2023 What stage office treatment are you at? Why no over the counter supplements? Have you seen your GP for your bloods checking? I’ve attached a link to a booklet about Eating Well

Hi Gem2023
My oncologist and CNS also advised me to use no supplements, no homeopathic treatments and not even bathe in Epsom Salts during chemo.
Their only rationale that I recall was that they were doing bloods before every dose and they would manage things.
If I had my time again, I'd challenge it more to try and get an easier time through and after treatment.
Hi Gem
I had chemoradiotherapy last year, prior to starting I was advised to stop supplements, upped my calorie intake for the next few weeks.....it did help....ate and drank what I felt like (within reason)...
Also on medication for arthritis... That had to stop as well.
Take care
Peter
