No semen in ejaculation after colectomy

I had a colectomy done a few years before. Everything went fine and no recurrence except one. While my sexual fuctions were normal prior to the operation, there was no semen in ejeculation after the surgery which I thought ws temporary, but the problem persisted and remians to this day. Has anyone experienced the same?

Hi. I am from Kazakhstan, after a rectal reaction. I have the same problem for a year now. The urologist advised me to do Kegel exercises or use a Kegel chair.
