Not sure where to start . My husband has bowel cancer had 17 rounds of chemo to shrink tumour then had big operation in Basingstoke at specialist hospital as a little went on the peritoneal wall .had a chemo bath .Got all clear for 3 months then it returned more chemo for 6 months then it was stable for 5 months it has now progressed and back on chemo . 1 cycle now got blocked bowel can’t operate been told no more chemo on palliative care we are both scared and young son devastated anyone in similar situation . Wishing everyone well .
I am so sorry to hear that . A very distressing time for you all . We have a specific group for people who are experiencing this aspect of care and it covers all cancer types . I have put the link at the top of the page and you will find lots of support and practical advise there .
